Shuko

Shuko is a restaurant born in Santa Marta from a profound cultural fusion: the meeting of the Colombian Caribbean and Nikkei cuisine. We developed the brand identity based on the Caribbean Nikkei concept, a fusion that unites Japanese culinary tradition with Colombian and Peruvian flavors, all influenced by the land, climate, and energy of the Caribbean. The culinary offering thus becomes a dialogue between oceans, mountains, and cultures.

Brand Concept

At Shuko, every element—from the name to the graphics—tells a story of origin, blending, and respect for tradition. It's not just a fusion of cuisines, but a fusion of stories, techniques, and territories. This project aims to position Shuko as a place where cuisine, design, and culture converge to create an authentic experience, deeply rooted in tradition yet with a contemporary perspective.
